Franky and Benny’s use to do an Appletini which had ginger bread syrup in with apple sours, it had a warm zingy taste and I’ve always wanted to replicate it so the ingredients that I bought Baked Apple Liqueur, Apple Schnapps, Apple Juice and tiny bit of Vodka.

Appletini finish Serving 1

35ml Baked Apple Liqueur

25ml Apple Schnapps

15ml Vodka

150ml Apple Juice

Apple Wheel for garnish

Cinnamon for decoration

Add all liquids into a shaker with ice, give it a shake then strain into a Martini Glass, sprinkle a little cinnamon onto the top and garnish with Apple Wheel
