The original recipe calls for Creme de Cassis which is a liqueur made from blackcurrants where’s Creme de Mure is made from blackberries so it isn’t too far away from in taste.
37.5ml Creme De Mure
12.5ml Lemon Juice
Prosecco to top
Add creme de Mure and lemon juice to champagne flute, top with prosecco then stir using bar spoon.
This drink sophistication as well as being really tangy and sweet, I’d love to try the original recipe although the Creme De Mure definitely works.
