Never have I ever tried the cocktail before but now, wow the flavours are there, the lemon juice mixed with the sugar syrup brings a sweet tarty taste to the beverage then with egg white it makes the drink creamy/
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White
1 Lemon Wedge.
Add whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup to shaker, wet shake then double strain into boston glass add egg white dry shake, pour into a lowball over ice. Garnish with cherry and lemon wedge.
Just for the record I’ve stopped using concentrated juices
