Whisky Sour

Never have I ever tried the cocktail before but now, wow the flavours are there, the lemon juice mixed with the sugar syrup brings a sweet tarty taste to the beverage then with egg white it makes the drink creamy/

Whisky Sour

50ml Whisky

25ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

1/2 Egg White

Angostura Bitters

1 Cherry

1 Lemon Wedge.

Add whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup to shaker, wet shake then double strain into boston glass add egg white dry shake, pour into a lowball over iceGarnish with cherry and lemon wedge.

Just for the record I’ve stopped using concentrated juices
