Long Beach Ice Tea

This was totally worth buying the tequila for. A lot more tasteful than a traditional Long Island Ice Tea. With this drink I made my own sweet and sour mix using lime juice instead of lemon as lime complements cranberry better.

Long Beach Ice Tea

12.5ml Cointreau

12.5ml Light Rum

12.5ml Vodka

12.5ml Gin

12.5ml Tequila

25ml Sweet and Sour Mix (lime)

120ml Cranberry Juice

Lime Wheel (for garnish)

Shake liquids with icepour into a sling glass with ice then garnish with lime wheel.

Tom Collin’s

This one is a zangy classic! Pretty easy to make and very refreshing.

Serving 1

50ml Gin

25ml Sugar Syrup

Soda Water

Half a Lemon

Lemon Wheel for garnish

Squeeze lemon half into shaker with ice, gin, sugar syrup shake then pour into a Collin’s Glass. Top up with soda water, garnish with a lemon wheel.

This photo doesn’t do the drink justice, there’s a reason this classic from 1872 is still around, it’s lemony zesty cocktail with a balance of sweetness to give it a real zing with the combination of soda water.

Blue Lagoon

This is a lovely easily made drink that’s brilliantly blue! It’s a little sweeter than a Woo Woo.

Fill a hiball glass with ice, add Vodka and Peach Schnapps then finish by adding the Blue Curascao this makes the colour rain down in the drink

Serving 1 person

35ml Blue Curascao

25ml Vodka

25ml Peach Schnapps
